These terms apply to the MX1 Visuals website and enquiry experience, operated by Marios Xydias in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Website purpose
This website presents MX1 Visuals automotive photography and filmmaking work, services and personal-shoot packages. You may use it to review the portfolio, compare package information and prepare an enquiry.
Enquiries are not bookings
Using the request flow or opening its prepared email is an enquiry only. The website does not accept payments and does not automatically confirm a booking. A shoot proceeds only after Marios and the client directly agree the scope, date, price, travel arrangements and delivery details.
Pricing, changes and travel
Displayed package prices apply to personal automotive shoots and remain subject to the listed package details. Commercial work is quoted separately. For shoots outside Larnaca, any travel cost and revised shoot price are agreed in advance. Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and any change to a shoot are agreed directly with Marios before the shoot is confirmed.
Photography and video rights
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Marios Xydias and MX1 Visuals retain copyright in the finished photographs and films. Clients may share delivered work for personal use. Brand, paid-advertising, dealership or other commercial use requires a separate written agreement. You must not reuse portfolio material commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to access protected areas or send unlawful, misleading or abusive enquiries.
Disputes and law
Please contact Marios first so a concern can be discussed directly. These terms and any dispute connected with the website are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
